Refund Policy

This policy explains how TORWOD handles refunds for digital training programs and subscriptions when paid access is enabled.

1. Current relaunch status

The current relaunch is configured to avoid automatic legacy billing. Old customers, purchases, subscriptions, and payment details are not imported into the new launch database by default.

2. Free or beta access

If a program is provided for free or beta access, no payment is collected and no refund is due for that access.

3. One-time digital purchases

When one-time digital purchases are enabled, refund requests should be sent to info@torwod.com within 14 days of purchase. We may approve refunds for duplicate purchases, technical access problems we cannot resolve, or other circumstances required by law. Because digital training content can be accessed immediately, refunds are not guaranteed after substantial use of the program.

4. Subscriptions

When subscriptions are enabled, you may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method shown in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund past billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

5. How to request help

Send refund and billing questions to info@torwod.com. Include the email on your TORWOD account, the program name, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
