1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing TORWOD, or using any program, workout, video, text, image, or related service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Training and health disclaimer

TORWOD provides training and educational content. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Weightlifting and exercise involve inherent risk. You are responsible for training within your ability, using proper equipment and supervision, and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Contact us promptly at info@torwod.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Age requirements

TORWOD is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use TORWOD only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Program access and license

Programs and content are licensed for your personal training use only. You may not copy, resell, publish, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit TORWOD content without written permission from TORWOD LLC.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Some programs may be offered for free, as beta access, as a one-time purchase, or as a subscription. Prices, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. TORWOD will not automatically charge legacy customers, import old subscriptions, or reactivate historical payment relationships as part of the current relaunch.

If subscriptions are enabled later, recurring billing will apply only when clearly presented and accepted during a new checkout flow.

7. User content and feedback

If you submit notes, messages, feedback, media, or other content, you remain responsible for that content. You grant TORWOD the rights needed to host, process, display, and support that content as part of the service.

8. Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we improve TORWOD. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption to active users.
